Web-Events, Coaching, Training & Workshop Sessions

Online Delivery

We use Google Meet or Zoom for Web-Events and online sessions – it is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate data, bandwidth, power backup and a quiet space to learn and engage for the duration of the session. Registered attendees will receive the meeting link by e-mail at least two days prior to the event.

Entry Requirements

Unless otherwise stipulated, entry requirements are usually Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent qualification or higher. Sessions are conducted in English and delegates are expected to be proficient in this language. By booking or registering for the relevant session(s) the applicable entry requirements are acknowledged.

Session Times

Sessions will begin and end promptly at the stipulated times. Please make sure you are available, present and ready to start at the appointed time and able to attend for the duration. Lost time will not be redeemed if you join late or leave early. Unless otherwise stated, sessions are booked at the same time on the same day for the number of consecutive weeks as indicated.

Payment

Prices are quoted ex VAT and payment is required in full two weeks prior to the start of the first session. Payment can be made via the checkout option on this website and arrangements can be made for EFT payments via email to info@lgpco.co.za. Bookings will only be confirmed once full payment reflects in our bank account. Similarly, links or if applicable, discount coupons to individual Online Training Courses will be forwarded once payment reflects, unless courses are housed on other platforms such as Udemy for instance, in which case payment is made on that platform using the links/coupons provided by LGPco in advance.

Cancellations

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing by e-mail to info@lgpco.co.za. Should you cancel your booking(s) less than one week before commencement, you will still be liable for the total cost. Should you cancel more than one week prior to the commencement date, we will refund you 50% of the invoice paid.

Note: All coaching, training and workshop sessions are subject to the principle of “use-it-or-lose-it”. If you do not attend session(s) once your booking has been confirmed, it will not be rescheduled but you may request the recording thereof after two working days subject to availability.

Communications

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are able to send and receive communications between yourself and LGPco and/or it’s representatives.
